We deliver all around the world! If you do not see your country listed in the delivery options, please message us and we will add your country as soon as we can!

Dispatch times.

We always aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receiving them. Delivery times vary from country to country, so please bear this mind when ordering. If you need anything really urgently, we can usually help out - but larger or more specialised orders will normally take the full time allowance to design and produce.

Postage and packing costs

UK - 1st class Royal Mail - £2.75 1st class signed for Royal Mail - £3.75

EU - we are only using tracked deliveries to the EU now after many lost parcels. Rate varies country to country

USA and Canada - Standard Air Mail - £8.00 International Tracked - £12.00

Asia, Australia and New Zealand - International Tracked - £14.00

Rest of the World - International Tracked - £20.00


If you would like to return your item/s, please do so within 14 days of delivery and in the same, brand new condition they were received in. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned goods. We cannot accept returns on any custom orders, except for in an instance of an error by ourselves. (This includes dice and templates or items with customised text or logos)

If there is a problem or fault with your order, please email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and images, if possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible and correct the problem as soon as possible.

Customs charges

Overseas parcels may be liable for a custom charge - please be aware of this before you order. The rate may vary from country to country. We do not cover these fees.

If your order hasn't arrived

We use Royal Mail for our shipping services, and they don't class a domestic package as lost until 15 days after it has been posted (it is similar for overseas customers, but we recommend 30 days). If your order hasn't arrived within this time, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Please be aware that very often packages can be at the sorting office or the customs depot, so it's usually a good idea to check there.
*Delivery times - especially overseas - have been slower as of late. Please choose Tracked delivery where possible. Some countries have had the standard postage option removed. Hopefully, as things return to normal we can offer standard postage again.*
